After years in corporate accounting, I saw firsthand the resources larger businesses rely on to manage their finances. Yet many small business owners are left wearing multiple hats, juggling bookkeeping alongside everything else it takes to run a business. That’s where Davis Bookkeeping Services comes in.
Built on integrity, accuracy, and personalized service, we provide reliable bookkeeping support tailored to each client’s needs. Our goal is to take the stress out of managing the books, giving business owners more time to focus on what they love and the financial clarity to make confident decisions.

About Monica Davis
As the Founder of Davis Bookkeeping Services, my mission goes beyond numbers. Every small represents someone’s dream, livelihood, and family. Making a meaningful difference in their lives is the “why” behind everything I do.
My love for accounting began in high school and led me earn a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Central FL in 2001. After nearly two decades in public, private, and corporate accounting, my career took an unexpected turn.
In May 2020, I was laid off after 14 years with the same employer due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a single mother of two boys at the time, facing an uncertain job market was frightening. But what initially felt like a setback became an opportunity to rediscover my passion for helping small businesses. That renewed sense of purpose ultimately inspired me to launch Davis Bookkeeping Services.
Today, I live in Orlando with my husband, our blended family of four children, and a fur baby. When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy a good cup of coffee with family and friends or sneaking in a refreshing nap whenever I can!
